Split plot design

One factor on large main plots and another on sub plots within them, each tested against its own error.

Data format

One line per combination, named main plot:sub plot, then its values by replication.

I1:V1, 30.2, 31.5, 29.8
I1:V2, 33.4, 34.0, 32.7
I2:V1, 35.1, 36.2, 34.6

You get

ANOVA table with Error (a) for main plots and Error (b) for sub plots
Means of main plots, sub plots and combinations, with DMRT letters for each factor
CD for main plot, sub plot, B at same A and A at same B
