Two factors applied in horizontal and vertical strips across each replication.

Data format

One line per combination, named horizontal:vertical, then its values by replication.

A1:B1, 30.2, 31.5, 29.8
A1:B2, 33.4, 34.0, 32.7
A2:B1, 35.1, 36.2, 34.6

You get

ANOVA table with Error (a), Error (b) and Error (c)
Means of both factors and their combinations, with DMRT letters for each factor
SEm ±, SEd and CD for each factor
